All About CaToCa

Company Introduction

CaToCa comes from the names of our three children, Cathal, Tory and Caoimhe!

Elizabeth and I have a number of years of experience working in the hospitality industry and with our passion for fine food, excellent service and customer satisfaction, CaToCa came into being. CaToCa gets its name from our three children - Cathal, Tory and Caoimhe.

At CaToCa we believe we have a proven product and standard that further enhances the experience of visitors to our five sites. Recommended by English Country Living as best place to dine in Laois, with repeat business, the high standards, knowledge, experience and qualifications necessary in dealing with multiple high volume sites, we can deliver on service and quality.

CaToCa understands the demands and standards required by authorities like the OPW, Westmeath County Council and Bord na Mona, and the high level of expectations of visitors to heritage sites like Belvedere House, Emo Court, Tullynally Castle, Lough Boora Discovery Park and Lissadell House. We are proud to say CaToCa Fine Food and Giftware are located at these sites.

Our business has been built on years of experience, dedication, professionalism and hard work both by ourselves and our staff. We put our success down to being hands on in the business - meeting, greeting, listening and changing to customer feedback and giving each and every customer an enjoyable experience, quality product, professional service, ambience and value for money while keeping ahead of customer trends and demands.

We pride ourselves on our produce being 100% Irish, sourced locally, wild and organic where possible. All our produce is purchased from HACCP approved accredited suppliers. We are committed to using ethical and fair trade produce, supporting the foundation of water wells in third world countries through the purchase and sale of our water ONE and THIS WATER. Every purchase of our award winning Seccoto coffee supports The Coffee Kids Foundation.

At CaToCa we pride ourselves on being flexible and facilitating to all our customer needs and understand the importance of a respectful client working relationship. We hope you enjoy visiting our cafes as much as we appreciate your custom.
